Introduction
An endurance-based drill that trains players to maintain alignment under mild fatigue by extending hold duration and tracking technique consistency over time.
Key Points
- Builds endurance for sustained marker control.
- Improves posture consistency under fatigue.
- Reinforces alignment habits during long holds.
- Reduces breakdown caused by muscle exhaustion.
- Prepares players for extended point durations.
Details
Players raise the marker into alignment and hold it for extended intervals starting around 40–60 seconds and progressing over time. As fatigue rises, they monitor shoulder level, elbow spacing, and wrist neutrality.
The goal is not to eliminate all drift but to identify when fatigue introduces mechanical breakdown, then correct it in real time.
Light micro-corrections are permitted, but players should avoid collapsing or compensating with exaggerated movements.
This drill builds fatigue awareness and mechanical discipline, preparing players for long-duration engagements or high-volume drills.
