Introduction
A coordination drill that teaches players to switch between different visual reference points while keeping marker transitions smooth and controlled.
Key Points
- Improves ability to switch between targets cleanly.
- Strengthens multi point visual awareness.
- Reinforces smooth lateral and vertical adjustments.
- Reduces overcorrection during direction changes.
- Builds multi target mechanical accuracy.
Details
This drill helps players transition between visual targets with controlled marker movement. Players set up three to five reference points spaced at different heights and angles. With the marker raised, they slowly move between these points using controlled shoulder and elbow movement.
The goal is to track smoothly across reference points without sudden jerks or excessive wrist movement. Each transition should follow a stable mechanical path rather than a rushed correction.
Players observe whether alignment drifts or if their posture changes during transitions. Corrections are made gradually in subsequent repetitions.
This drill improves multi target coordination and prepares the player for more advanced drills requiring fluid, repeatable movement across multiple visual markers.
